An overview of Upchurch Inc.
Our company has been improving homes for over 30 years. Eight years ago, we decided to specialize. That decision has allowed us the opportunity to develop a certain level of expertise in the field of doors and window installations in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. Yet, we continue to learn and grow. No one ever knows it all. It has been said, "It's what a person learns after he thinks he knows it all that really counts." Our desire is always to do it right the first time by applying all that we've learned.
For the Home Owner:
We bring years of experience to your specific project. First, we want to get the specifics of exactly what you want and then make sure our measurements are accurate. We then send those measurements and specifications to several retailers, allowing them to compete for quality and price. These include Pella Windows, Home Depot, Ashley Glass, Exterior Elements, Lowes, and Cascade Windows. We then deliver those prices and choices, along with our bid for the labor to you, the customer. Our goal is to get you the best window, at the best price for your personal satisfaction, and adding comfort and beauty to your home. We want to save you money from the 'get-go' on your energy bills and your initial investment, plus adding value to your home!
For the Retailer:
Our relationships with multiple retailers has given us the opportunity to streamline our operations and simplify communications. We work diligently to communicate clearly and accurately to get it right the first time. When your doors and windows are not ordered properly, it costs everybody. We endeavor to deliver our best the first time. Doing things right is the key to success and that takes vigilance and a team effort. We work with the our retailers to improve all aspects of the communication process. Door and window measurements, bid specifications, materials lists, ordering forms, and reporting back are all processes vital to a successful install.
What is quality worth?
Is quality affordable? My only regrets happened when I chose the inferior solution over the best solution because I told myself, "I cannot afford it." Those decisions end up costing me in wasted time and wasted dollars. Learning this lesson has not been a cheap one, but as a business owner and a home remodeler, I have realized the true meaning of the word "affordable."
You and I CANNOT afford anything less than the best. I've made a habit of integrating this mind set into my entire operation. First, in the employees, then the tools, the trailers, the scheduling, and the procedure - all operate under the same principle of getting the job done right with brevity of time in mind. That is quality, and it is worth all the headache, money, and time waisted when we choose anything less.
